1. All Sales Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products (creative, artistic, and/or made-to-order items), we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or preference

• Failure to read product descriptions​

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within [7–14] days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
