  • Print-on-Demand Items – produced after an order is placed

  • Physical Products – pre-made or limited inventory items

  • Digital Products – downloadable items delivered electronically

Shipping and delivery methods vary depending on the product type.

2. Order Processing Time

Print-on-Demand Items

Print-on-demand products are created after purchase. Processing typically takes [X–Y business days] before shipment.

Physical Products

Physical items are typically processed within [X–Y business days], unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping. They are delivered electronically via:

  • Instant download

  • Email delivery

3. Shipping Rates and Methods (Physical & Print-on-Demand Items)

Shipping costs and available shipping methods are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may use different shipping carriers or fulfillment partners depending on:

Once an order has shipped, Phoenixx Imagery is not responsible for carrier delays.

When applicable, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. International Shipping (If Applicable)

We may offer international shipping for select products.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Taxes or import fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by the destination country

Phoenixx Imagery is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Phoenixx Imagery is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

For lost or delayed shipments, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly. We will provide tracking details when available.

9. Damaged Items

If your physical or print-on-demand item arrives damaged, please contact us within [7–14] days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

10. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include shipping.

Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded:

  • It is considered fulfilled

  • It is non-refundable, except where required by law
